About

project44 is a logistics tech startup founded in 2014. Their platform offers real-time tracking, predictive analytics, and data sharing to improve supply chain efficiency. Integrating with TMS, ERP, and carrier networks, project44 provides insights for informed decision-making.

I joined project44 in the winter of 2021, an industry leader in managing global supply chains for renowned brands like Starbucks, Nike, Apple, Walmart, Abercrombie, and Home Depot. As part of the team, I played a key role in shaping the company's future vision and led the design efforts for the growth pillar, focusing on a product called Initiate.

Initiate roadblock as a part of our product lead growth initiative

Working closely with the Director of Product Design, I brought the CEO's vision for the Lifecycle pillar to fruition. I transformed Initiate into a highly efficient agile software team and elevated the overall design quality across the organization, fostering the growth of junior designers. Additionally, I filled gaps in product management for Initiate, effectively prioritizing engineering work and facilitating discussions with potential customers.

Initiate emerged as a key investment and focal point, providing shippers with a tool to connect with brokers and carriers, enabling seamless navigation of the spot FTL market and contract management for efficient load movement. What set Initiate apart from competitors was its user-friendly interface, instant rate comparison, and booking capabilities.

During my tenure at project44, Initiate onboarded five new customers and significantly increased the top of the sales funnel by nearly two million. The success of Initiate prompted expansion into the LTL market, with plans to introduce ocean booking in the near future.

My time at project44 allowed me to contribute to the growth and innovation of a leading company in supply chain management, making a meaningful impact on the industry and delivering valuable solutions to global brands.
